A delightful twist on a classic dessert! Our Sugar Cookie Berry Cobbler combines 2 boxes of our Brown Sugar Cookie Mix .
The sweet, buttery richness of a sugar cookie topping with a vibrant medley of juicy berries. Baked to golden perfection, this cobbler delivers a soft, chewy cookie crust over a bubbling layer of fresh, tangy-sweet berries.
It’s the perfect balance of comfort and indulgence — delicious served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or enjoyed on its own. A treat that feels homemade, because it is.
Ingredients:
30 oz frozen mixed berries
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 boxes Pour Baker brown sugar cookie mix
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter melted

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350℉. Lightly spray a 9×13 baking pan with cooking spray.
Dump the frozen berries into the baking pan. Sprinkle the cornstarch over top and stir to combine (30 oz frozen mixed berries,1 tablespoon cornstarch)
In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the sugar cookie mix (dry, unprepared) and the melted butter until combined. Spoon the mixture over top the frozen berries in the pan.
2 pouches (9 oz.) sugar cookie mix,1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
Bake for 40-45 minutes.
